Obitsu Doll: It's really very useful as reference for drawing various different poses. Many people have a hard time drawing because they can't imagine how the anatomy would look like in a specific pose so this is to help people draw. "But people can just pose for someone else." True, but the majority of you are too shy to pose for someone else and there are some poses that are impossible for us(ie. flying kicks and whatnot). Please be mature about this and not say things like "eww". If it bothers you that much, I'll try to buy/make/find clothes for it(or someone can donate clothes to it). -__- Yes, I know it's headless, but adding a head would be about another $8-$14. In the future, if we raise more money, I'll consider getting the head too. ~ $20.99
Info about manga paper:A4 size is for doujinshi (print size 150mm x 220mm): 110kg or 135kg
B4 size is for professional (print size 180mm x 270mm): 110kg or 135kg
how to use manga paperX__X I did a lot of research on exactly what to get for the club so hope you people will like them. I'll order them sometime today or tomorrow so hopefully they'll come in by this friday. If not, then next friday.
Note: Please be careful with the supplies (be careful with the books' binding, don't fold the pages, don't write/draw in the books, no tearing, don't waste good manga paper etc) Don't abuse them. They're NOT cheap. But we are more than happy to let you use them as long as you put them to good use. =)
GOAL: Copic Sketch Markers-set of 72 markers ~ about $400
In about one month, Tsugumi, a couple of members, and have raised about $100. That means, in about 4 months we'd be able to get the Copics--less if more people help! When we get more candy to sell, I'll notify you guys.
What so good about Copic Sketch Markers? They're the best marker brand that is blendable. Prismas aren't bad but Copics provides smoother coloring and don't leave many blotches in end if used correctly. Copics have a wider range of color. This is very important for picking out skin tone colors. Also, Copics are refillable.
more about copics here on toounit's DAofficial copic markers siteSo how was everyone's Thanksgiving? I had fish soup instead of turkey. rofl.
