ooo awesome pic of allen~ d^__^o crossdressing...is good stuff. allen could totally pass off as a girl now xDDD
-cute eyes. i don't draw big eyes much but these fit
-his right cheek(or the pic's left) is a bit iffy. a tiny bit more meat on it would be nice. (tiny as in like .08mm more... >.>;; )
-shoulders are kinda small here so either the head is too big for the body or the body is too small for the head.
-shoulder to waist length could be longer?
-i'm not sure if you got the foreshortening right on the legs since i usually don't draw sitting poses x.x; but it looks okay :]
-ehm is he sitting on the clock in the background? ('cause it looks like he's sitting on air) shrugs oh well. i don't usually pay much attention to bgs anyways. ^^;
-it's a bit sketchy, but no biggy, since you drew it in only like 40min-an hr(?) during the meeting. plus, no ref used.
overall, it's really nicely done. whee~ *huggles allen and timcampy* i want to see you do a rabi or kanda fanart <3 wheee *hearts dgrayman*

overall, it's really good, and the only "flaw" i can see is that whatever he's sitting on is like..invisible. but you shouldn't take my criticism seriously, because my art abnormally sucks.

His left eye is a bit wonky, unless it's supposed to be like that. I didn't watch D. Gray Man. Also, his left foot also looks a bit 2-D and his left hand also looks a bit wonky.

I LOVE the extravagent details you put on him.

One thing, is the hand supposed to be her left or her right? Because if its her right, then the thumbs on the wrong side, and if its her left then its ok, but then the shoulder doesn't seem to fit.

Oh, and I really like the detailing on that headband...buckle thing...Yeah, its great.

-the body itself looks alright. however, it does not fit with her head.
-head: her eyes, nose and mouth look too squished length-wise. usually, facial features are only squished for chibi characters and this clearly doesn't look like a chibi. i would lower her chin about a cm. the eyebrows could have a bit more curvature.
-her hand looks ehh a bit funky... just look at your own hand in the mirror.
-length from shoulder to elbow and length from elbow to wrist differ too much
-nice photoshopping~ =]

-the forhead and where the bangs start looks too big. it'd be better if you either moved the forhead lower or the eyes higher.
